1. Information We Collect

Ayah Technologies Inc. ("Ayah", "we", "us", "our") collects information you provide directly, including: calendar data (via read-only Google Calendar OAuth), messaging preferences (Telegram, WhatsApp), and account details (email, name). We collect only what is necessary to provide the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to: provide and improve the Ayah service, generate personalized calendar insights, deliver messages through your chosen channel, and communicate important updates about your account. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. Calendar data is accessed read-only and cached only for the duration needed to generate insights. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest) and restrict access to authorized personnel only.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties except as required to provide the service (e.g., Google Calendar API for calendar access, messaging platforms for message delivery) or as required by law.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your personal data, request deletion of your data, export your data in a portable format, and revoke calendar access at any time through your Google account settings. To exercise these rights, contact hello@ayah.bot.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Children's Privacy

Ayah is designed for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Calendar events related to children are processed in the context of the parent's account.
